hello every one im new here obviously.

well I am new to drinking coffee on my own.

I have a very good friend who used to make me coffee every once in a while, and boy did I love it.
He had one of these

I'm not sure how they work but I want to learn, he said it was for cuban coffee. He also used warm milk.(like from the gallon he would pour a cup or 2 into a pot and warm it up on the stove making sure it didnt creat a film on the top.)

any advice for me?

Your friend was using something that's called a a Moka Pot.
