Hey gang,
Oldie but a goodie here. I recently purchased a Diedrich 5 kilo roaster and I am looking to sell my old YM-2. It is a workhorse and in good condition. Roasts coffee as is but it could use some maintenance and cleaning. Also there are no digital controllers so this could be added if desired. I have always roasted with sensory data and it has been a champ. I also have some custom vent pipe that was built for it which comes apart for cleaning. This machine is an early model (#101) and is setup for natural gas.
Asking $3500. respond if interested and I can get pictures to you.
