Coffee Crafters Artisan 2.5 coffee roaster. This was used in our little roastery for about a year. The roaster functions perfectly and is in great shape. This would be perfect for someone wanting to start a roasting business without breaking the bank on a drum roaster. Fluid roasting is very forgiving and the coffee tastes great. I built a custom cart for the cooling tray which matches the roaster. Normally you need a table for the cooling tray.
This listing also includes the blower motor which doesn't normally come with these roasters. I have mounted it onto a cart so it can be easily moved.
Local pick up from Maryland available or I will deliver it within reason on the east coast of US ($100 delivery charge)
