Best price I can do is 5k the retail price is 7k and this roaster has seen minimal use and has been very well cared for. Its in storage and I have not used it all since I purchased it.

To set it up in your cafe you would need to vent the roaster somehow. The roaster will not come with any venting however there are multiple ways that you could build/fabricate or purchase the needed equipment. You would need to have it near a window or vent vertically through the roof via a smoke stack or the like.
