does anyone have one of these?
is so what is a good grind setting?
I'm using a briel cadiz and i just can't seem to find a good grind setting
what should the espresso look and feel like when i have a good grind?

This should help you with the basics of making espresso. The rest is experimental and is really up to you to figure out what is best.

I am sorry I didn't answer the 1st part of your question. Yes the Solis grinder is pretty good if your grinding small amounts. The settings will depend on your espresso machine.

I have one .It is very good for regular coffee [Drip,Press] maybe good with a pressurized portafilter.It will not do for a high end [real] espresso machine..It wont grind fine enough..You just cant get around this..You have to spend the $250.00 on up for a good espresso grinder..earl d..........
