I'm looking to open an espresso drive-thru in North Carolina and using a pre-fab. But first, I need to pick a location. I've got a few in mind. Can anyone advise on how to lock in a lease agreement, or how to approach the landlord. Espress drive-thrus haven't hit this area yet.
