TALL Machines?

ALL of my business will be "to go" in paper cups.

Do any of you use a TALL machine?
If so, which brand/model & do you think they're beneficial?

The Brasilia Gradisca or Century models imported by Rosito-Bisani both have elevated group heads that allow you to brew shots directly into paper to-go cups. You can easily fit a 16oz. cup underneath the portafilter or a 20oz. squat cup. The tall 20oz. is tricky to do, but can be done assuming you are doing double shots into the cup.

These machines also have longer and stouter steam wands which make it easier to steam more milk in a larger pitcher. I found a pitcher larger enough to do 4 lattes at once.
