Up in redwood country there is a town called Eureka. It is a sleepy city of less than 40,000 people but with a very intriguing dockside old town filled with coffee roasters, shops and plenty of fog. Essentially, Seattle on a microscale. There is a palce there called Humboldt Bay Coffee Company run by John and Janie. He is the public face of the shop and she is the roaster. The roaster, by the way is viewable from the tables. I have never had a bad cup from there and with tables on the sidewalk, never a bad view.

i'm not too far away...i'll put it on my to do list. what's your connection?

Sounds like wonderful place to visit if you are near there. Great view with great cup of coffee. Seems like dream place for coffee lovers. Thanks for the info.

I was born there and had my art studio there for years before designing for the casinos and book publishers.

northern California is a completely different world than southern California. i enjoy trips up north

My dear friend Eric has lived there over 3 years now. Just started a business PrintedCoffeeCupSleves.com So next time I visit my friend I'll make it a point to visit the coffee shop to talk to them about our sleeves.
