Hi, I am a student in college, just starting out. I intend on opening my own coffee shop when i graduate. I have been planning on this for a while, coffee has always been a passion of mine, I love making coffee for people and adding spices or what have you to it...so as to make it more interesting, but I have not a clue as to wholesale buying or where exactly to get machines to acomidate a shop..or how much coffee to actually buy in the very beginning.
I have 3 more years of college in which i will be taking management classes and others like that so i have plenty of time to do my homework on all of this but input from successful coffee shop owners like some of you are would be very helpful.
