Any syrup company like DaVinci or Torani can tell you what the best sellers are.
Vanilla and hazelnut are always up at the top.

I would say Vanilla is a top seller, big time. Hazelnut and Carmel are also very popular. I would say white chocolate and chocolate but that would be silly because then it is no longer a latte, but as for flavors in general those are the top sellers where I work.
