Tostacaffe home roaster very poor craftmanship

I just received my Tostacaffe roaster and I want everyone who reads this to know that it is an overpriced P.O.S. There were screws loose, the venting apparatus is made from a leftover hairdryer and falls off the roaster. The merchant will NOT accept returns (gee, I wonder why). I would not recommend this product to anyone I liked.
