training manuals

I manage a coffee shop that has been open for about 2 years. I am in the process of trying to get things in order-so to speak. One of things I am trying to do is create a training manual. Does anyone know where I can get some help in this matter? Thanks for any help!

Have you been doing this for two years, or did you just get involved? I'm not trying to be inconsiderate, but you should be able to write one if you have two years experience!

We opened a shop 5 months ago and we wrote our own manual. It is a lot of work, but I think you will like the end product better if you develop it yourself, as opposed to getting one from another shop. You can include the things that are important to you and get everything exactly the way you want it!
