Vacuum Seal Containers for Coffee Beans

I don't trust vacuum seals, they can easily get wear out.

...which is why using a classic Ball jar or Mason jar is a good thing. It is a completely inert container and the lid "tinks" down and is concave as long as the seal is intact. When it pops up and becomes convex, the seal is broken. It is a positive vacuum seal that any normal person can see and a blind man can feel.
 
As a small present for my wife, I bought her OSAKA Vacuum sealed canister (16 oz $16.99) few month back. It worked really and she now wanted a bigger one (40oz $19.99) which I also bought last week.
It works great as coffee container for us.
