Made a video of my coffee grind, please critique it for espresso grind. The coffee grinder is set as fine as it will go. The color is much browner in real life. So much for phone video quality!

Apart from that, someone should tell you it's impossible to critique your grind by watching a video.

If you want to explore a finer range you may be able to do a bit of tweaking by adding a spacer behind one of the burrs. More fine grind may not be the answer in your case, but doing so will ultimately give you a bit more adjustability.
At the setting in your video and dosed consistently how are the extractions? Taste, followed by texture (mouth feel) and color are what I look for.
