I have tried and prefer chocolate sauces over syrups for mochas and other flavored drinks. I would try out the "sauces" that come in the pumps by Guittard, Torani, Ghiradheli and DaVinci and make your own decision.

Are you looking to use these for retail or home use?

My barrista's prefer Giradelli white chocko powder.....The can choose syrup, sause, and feel that powder is more pleasing...
