Hi. I'm debating between the West Bend Poppery II 1200 Watt to start roasting beans with, and also the West Bend 82306 Stir Crazy Popcorn maker (both pictured below). They both seem to do the job fine with a constant motion arm and whatever else is needed. I haven't heard people talk about the Stir Crazy one. Any opinion?

OR - is going with the pan a better option than the popcorn maker?

Well, if I may....

With the West Bend 82306 you might have issues with old maids, you know, digging them out or you could shake it until they settle to the bottom. On the other hand, the West Bend Poppery II seems to eliminate this problem by not sending them out into your bowl.

Hey wait a minute.... :D
