there is CS central standard is like 800 or 900 meters
HG from 900 to 1200 meters (high grown) and SHG is from 1200 to 1400 meters, Superior is from 1400 + but depend of the country.
SHG, is a better coffee than CS the bean is bigger, but for the roast you can make mix SHG with CS to get the flavour you like.
