I have been hearing a lot about Vietnamese coffee... what is so special about it... Does it have some health benefits?

Just normal health benefits that you get from normal coffee. Nothing special about it.
However, Vietnam coffee itself does not have a lot of flavors, they use tons of cream (very sweet condensed milk) and Sugar.

Does Vietnamese coffee contain double caffeine than average coffee bean?

there are two major coffee varietals in the world.
Arabica : 70% of total production, considered as better coffee.
Robusta : 29% of total production, considered as lesser quality coffee.

Robusta has twice more caffeine than Arabica coffee. & Vietnam produces the most Robusta coffee in the world.

Vietnamese coffee is famous for its sweetened condensed milk, as it should be. Thick, dreamy and yes, incredibly sugary, sweetened condensed milk is the perfect counterbalance for the incredibly strong, dark-roasted Vietnamese coffee. If you’re dubious about the merits of sweetened condensed milk in coffee, spending even just a few hours in Vietnam will change your mind. It hits all the right notes, and once you get into it, you’ll never want to go back.

It is special and unique in that it has cup notes that generally remind one of burning rubber tires.
