What to include in drive-thru rental contract?

Getting ready to draft up a contract for a drive-thru that will sit in a supermarket parking lot. What are the key points to include in the rental contract? I don''t want to overlook anything.

I would find a lawyer who does this type of contract law and have them do it.
Not knowing everything that should be in there leads me to think you would seek a professional rather than asking for our free advice...which may cost you in the end.
