Where to buy Roaster gadgets?

Hi all

I would like to replace 2 parts on my Mill City Roaster.

Its a 2kg Roaster I use for training staff for bigger roasters.

Any idea where to get nice looking replacements of these 2 items?

The trier handle can be turned on a wood turning lathe, you need a machinist to turn the eject handle (or someone with a metal lathe). Or you probably can get them from Mill City themselves.
