Be careful...if your customers start drinking your coffee and like it...and you go and change the roaster...could be trouble. Are you not happy with the quality of coffee? Or is the pricing outrageous

Try Counter Culture in Durham. If anybody in that area has not tried them, you are missing out! Not only are they one of the best roasters in the country but the best in your area! They also have a regional training center...you can attend their weekly cuppings, check out their lab or take classes.

No, I'm no affiliated with these good people...hell, I'm a roaster as well, but there is always room in this world for good coffee and great people!
