Hi All - I am new to the forum and was hoping to get peoples thoughts on a great workplace conundrum that I have.
We have been gifted $6000 New Zealand Dollars specifically to be spent on coffee machine and grinder. The budget is fixed and the money must be spent only on a machine and grinder.

Everyone else at work 'loves' coffee but not on a geeky level and so I basically have free reign to get the best stuff that I want, but it must still be simple to use/have basic functionality so that workflow is simple and other can use it with little training.

Grinder will only be used for espresso. It must have a hopper and ideally a timed feed so I can dial this in and others can just press go.
Machine must be ideally dual boiler, single group head is fine, robust and simple to use. Doesn't need fancy profiling or any extra features - just steady temp control and a good steam wand.

Hoping to get some suggestions on what people would go for and then try to narrow down the choices.

Personally I'd like a flat burr grinder and the option to swap in some more premium burrs as this is probably the style of espresso I'm into - like SSP high uniformity burrs - but conical is fine for the right setup.

Look forward to hearing ideas.
