I have a 3KG non-branded (former oem supplier to name brand roasters) that I have been roasting on for our company. I'm looking to move up to the next size and would make this one available.

It's a 3KG double walled drum, I currently use LPG on it. I have artisan connected for data logging, but the machine uses a manual damper for airflow and a manual valve for increasing and decreasing gas, but both of these have super accurate gauges. I have no issue loading a previous profile and following the roast curve. Like anything, it took me a little practice to get used to the new equipment, and it was a step up from my 1KG machine.
