Breville Wand Not Working

Hello, I am home sick with Covid and finally decided to try and solve the mystery of my Breville Express machine not working.

My wand is not working. I have run the descale. I have run vinegar through the machine many times. I have cleaned the tip. But I have realized that there must be a block somewhere because when I turn on the wand for steam, it comes out where the espresso would be?

Any tips of tricks? Thanks in advance!

Even when I take off the tip and run the machine it doesn't have steam come out.
