Any thoughts on which is the better way to go ----lease a piece of parking lot from a major mall or retailer or purchase your own piece of property to erect a drive thru building ?
Gosh I wish I would have purchased the building I am in years ago. But, hindsight is 20/20 and I couldn't have afforded back then. If you can swing it, ownership is often more valuable then rent/lease. But, it is not a hard and fast rule.
