just stumbled across this thread. great idea to be a grower, processor, and roaster. went to a coffee farm in northern Peru, and they had a setup quite similar. the processing facility, and a separate facility where they did sample roasting and cupping of different varietals. they also were a member of SCCA. you are living my dream Daniel!

Honestly we haven't gotten to that stage of equipment yet. That part is still subbed out. When we do that part our selves, we will likely start out real simple as we do with everything.
