brite vision just warning people, the free ad thing is great, but sometimes can't be counted on. If they don't have advertisers - you don't get your jackets. Are there any other companies besides Brite Vision doing this?

My current payment system does not allow my baristas to add tips to a transaction if a customer pays with a credit/debit card. I'd like to be able to do this. Any suggestions?

The girls who work for my coffee stand say that our chocolate has started to have a strange after taste, and is kind of bitter (we currently use DaVinci) what do others use? I know about Ghirardellis and Hersheys - are there any other good products out there?
