2 group espresso machine for a first coffee shop.

Hey guys,

Would you be able to give me some words of wisdom on the 2 group espresso machines? At the moment we are looking into the Nouva Simonelli or the Gaggia brand. Which of the 2 from experience are the most valuable for a new start up coffee shop?

We just bought a Simonelli Aurelia. It is an excellent machine

I prefer Brasilia aka Rosito-Bisani espresso machnes as they are built like tanks. But, like I always say, the best one is the one you can get reliable local parts and service for when it breaks. Ask for references from end users in your area before you buy. -Dave

I've been using a new Aurelia now for two months and I love it.

The soft infusion system on the group heads is kind of like cheating - almost hard to make a bad shot (o.k., you still need to know what you're doing!)
