We just received our first shipment of North Coffee's new TJ-066, 500g gas drum roaster.
We seasoned the drum and I have done about 12 roasts on it. Here are some of its features:
* Totally variable drum speed. Use to regulate your RPMs based on size of charge and stage of the roast.
* Totally variable air flow control.
* An independent fan for cooling even as you begin a second roast.
* Total control of BTUs with minute, incremental adjustments.
