You're lucky. I would give anything to be able to own a coffee shop! There is just something about the whole atmosphere that is completely different than any other place.

That, and if I don't have my coffee I get violent. :D

New IRS Rules

I saw this press release regarding new IRS rules allowing medical expense account money for OTC drugs- I wonder if coffee and expresso drinks qualify? It's mightly good medicine for me!

I drink 16 oz a day, never had an issue (my thermos is only 16 ozs, there are many mornings I wish it was bigger). As Ben Franklin said, "Moderation in all things." and you can't go wrong.

Moderation?

I'm afraid I tend to have rather a Belushian appetite for coffee....but, perhaps, life is best measured not in duration, but in enjoyment. If that's the case, then perhaps moderation is overrated!

I am sorry but I believe it is totally addictive...I am not as bad as I used to be....I used to drink around 4 post of coffee a day(that did not include espresso) Back then If I did not drink a mountain dew in the morning I would get a horrible caffiene head ache!!

I sometimes wonder what my morning would be like if I didn't have my coffee, but I'm usually pondering this over my double Americano. Can't remember the last AM I didn't have one. Not sure if it's addiction, but I just know it's one small thing I look forward to every morning :D
