Hi guys.
Can someone advise me on how to make a good cappuccino? Unfortunately I don't own a temperature garage or a scale so it's a Bit trickier.
This is my method.
2 near full scoops of beans into hand grinder using scoop that came with aerobie aeropress
I grind with a porlex hand mill with the setting 2 clicks from tightness
Boil water, leave for a minute
Using inverted method, I fill water up until the point in between the upside down 2 and 3
Stir for like 15s, let it sit for another 15s.
Press down for 20-30s until I hear the sizzling type sound, I keep pressure for about 5s while that sound occurs then stop.
I texture milk with an old nespresso type machine with wand.
I pour.
I am still learning and own the aeropress for only 3 days. Please go easy on me. The last cup came out super bitter. What can I do better and what am I doing wrong?
Thanks
