I have recently acquired a French coffee Roaster that appears in William Ukers “All About Coffee” on page 424. I am trying to ascertain the date it was made. I’ve heard everything from the mid 1800s to mid 1700s. If you look at the roasting chamber it looks like it was built like a tank. It looks like it was forged by many individual pieces.
