any problems with simonelli??

A friend bought a microbar for her restaurant from Nuova Simonelli out of Seattle. The machine has been broken or in the repair shop more than half of the time. The company is, of course, not cooperating.

Anyone else have these problems with this company? Any suggestions? We're looking into the warranty....

I just bought a refurb MAC from them and have been very impressed with how helpful they have been. So far no problems. I am going to have to mod the machine though. Not enough temp stability. Good luck.
