Arabian Mocha Java Blend

Hi there, I have loved Pete's Roast of the Arabian Mocha Java.

What would you all recommend beans and ratio of beans and types of roast to try to make something like that? I am going to use happymugs coffee seems like they have a good selection of beans right now.

Yemen & Java is the blend but Yemen can be difficult in the US so you can try longberry harrar in its place, good luck.

Thank you, do think Sumatra could work at all?

If I went with Java and Longberry Harrar do you recommend any places you found that carry those? Then a starting ratio of 2:1 with 2 being Longberry and Java 1?

A 50/50 blend of Harrar and Sumatra. Is a good replacement.

Yea, both blends suggested would be different but workable.

We also have some Java but not in 25lb increments.
