How about Barnies? Barnie’s has built flexibility in its franchise program which allows its franchisees to own and operate a store which reflects his or her own unique personality – from store décor to ancillary products offered – without compromising the quality of the brand and core product line.

Barnies seems like a better concept than Bad Ass, in my opinion. I like the look of the stores and it doesn't have that limited demographic. I didn't see anywhere where it said you can do your own thing though. I would think, as a franchise they will be telling you basically what to do, but then they do have the experience.
