...wedding bells, that is. Any mobile operators out there who could give me a hint on what to charge for setting up at wedding receptions or other flat rate "open bar" settings? I plan to contact wedding organizers to make myself available, and I'm sure they will give me some guidelines, but if I could get some tips from an experienced operators, I'd be very grateful.
I'm launching an East Coast business, where a barista on wheels is still very rare. In fact, I haven't been able to find anyone (via web surfing) in my wider region (Mid Atlantic, Philadelphia) who is doing this in a truck.

Heard from someone off forum who said a good going rate was $125-150 an hour, 2 hour minimum. They were referring to customer appreciation events primarily. Trying again - does anyone else have experience in this area? :wink:
