Hi
I have the machine less than two years. First fail came about one year from purchase, the PID PCB failed, costly repair. Now less than a year since the previous fail, it failed again. The symptoms look the same. After switching on, the version number is flickering and the machine does not continue to heating the water.
I would expect more from a manufacturer with such reputation.
Am I wrong? Is this common?
