I have been out of the loop for about 5 days. I just got back from an amazing trip to Brazil. I went to 7 or 8 different farms and had a blast...will post more pics if anyone is interested..

I always laugh when I hear people say,"Coffee is green?" Even though I have been in coffee since '89 I felt like a complete noob when I witnessed the coffee plantations! I have read a lot about the growing and processing but you can not appreciate it until you actually see it. Coffee comes in 132-154 lbs bags. If you drop a few beans you usually don't think about it..now I will feel bad knowing the work and care that went into producing those few bean!
