The shot-pour on our 14-month old Breville Pro cuts off after only 5 seconds, requiring us to repeatedly pull additional shots to create enough shots to complete my espresso. It had been working well till a few months ago. We changed the grind size setting from 15 to 9. Didn't help. Breville Support hasn't called us back yet. Any suggestions for us out there?
