Cafe Menu Questions

We're opening a cafe in the Philippines and I'd love to get some feedback on the food we'd like to offer the customers. Do you think we should limit ourselves to sandwiches, salads and pastries or do we include soup and rice meals to those?

Here are some ideas for the food. Any thoughts?
Salads:
-Chicken Salad
-Grilled Beef Salad
-Smoked Salmon Salad
-Special Salad

Soups:
-French Onion Soup
-Roasted Pumpkin Soup

Pancakes:
-with seasonal fruits
-with bacon/ham/sausage

Sandwhiches and Wraps:
-Cheesesteak
-Chicken wrap
-Classic BLT
-Pulled Pork Sanwhich
-The Cheesewhich
-Fish sandwhich

Rice:
-SalpicaoSilog
-Gratinated Dory
-Grilled Pork
-"Tocino"


 
So, I'm guessing that you're really not opening a cafe....but it's more like a diner (breaksfast/lunch menu)

That's my thoughts too... along with why in the world someone in the Philippines would think we might have an answer to which foods they should offer to their customers.
