I will be running this out of an RV...

I am love coffee, and I am just learning about the science of it.

I am looking to sell:

Hot Coco
Regular Coffee
Some Flavored Coffee
Espresso / Latte

I am looking for a good commercial grade machine that can automate most of the process behind this. I have seen the Starbucks machine, and the Thermoplan Super Auto machine.

Does anyone have a preference of these machines, or using pods? Do you have a favorite commercial machine?

Any thoughts are appreciated ...

The other thing I wanted to mention is that I place most importance on taste / accuracy / durability / ability of serivce, then on how quickly I can produce servings, and least emphasis on style / looks.
