coffee cart event this weekend...

Hi, I'm doing my first coffee cart event this weekend in Seattle,WA.
I will have help, but I'm the only one who will be doing the coffee.
I have no idea how busy it will be. It's Desna cup festival ( aka soccer festival).

What do I need to look out for?

Since you're doing the coffee cart event this weekend, I'm thinking that you probably did some research to find out how many people attended the soccer festival in past years, and you're planning to be prepared to handle the volume of sales.

Lots of people seem to love trying to pay for a single cup of coffee with a $20 bill. Be sure to have enough change on hand.
