If you have PowerPoint, you can use the Microsoft online libraries of clipart. From inside any microsoft application, click add clipart. There is a button/hyperlink for online. From there, you have choices among photos, clipart, motion and so on.

There is not a huge selection, but if you already bought into MS Office, you already have purchased rights to use it.
