Coffee in Vietnam

I want to establish the 'coffee moments' in Vietnam. When drinks an average Vietnamese his coffee (morning, lunch, afterdinnner, 11oclock etc?) and how many cups does he drink?

I'm a Dutch student Business Administration, doing research on the Vietnamese domestic coffee market.

If you have not done so already, you might want to contact VICOFA- the Vietnam Coffee and Cocoa Association. Here is the link to their website> http://www.vicofa.org.vn/ I have dealt with them befor and they are quite a keen bunch of guys. Make sure you click the english language option- its on the bottom lefthand corner of the website.

Good luck with the research! Being Dutch, you should have chosen one of the old Dutch colonies like...Indonesia! Then I could have helped out.
