Coffee machine problems.

I think this is probably the best forum for advice.

I have a miele CVA 620 which is the same as a Saeco Royal Professional.

The coffee machine will produce steam from the steam wand, but no hot water from the hot water outlet or the brew group. I gave tried bleeding it of air but no luck.

I have checked the hoses to both boilers and water does come out of both and both pumps vibrate and make a loud noise.

Do you think one pump could be producing too little pressure or one of the boilers is blocked, or a solenoid is faulty?

I have just got this machine second hand so I dont know its past but it does say its only made 240 cups of coffee. I have tried a descale but no luck.

Did you have any luck getting this working? I have a 620—2 and the heater or boiler has corroded and I'm trying to get it fixed using secondhand parts , But I don't know how difficult this is going to be, I have located the same machine on eBay with an intact water heater and thought I might be up to swapping the two.

Any advice from any engineers out there would be great . Needless to say there are no YouTube videos on the subject!
