ive been reading a lot of reviews on coffee makers lately. i found the krups km7000 and in a lot of the reviews people mention that it would be nice if it had freezable hoppers. but i have yet to find a machine that has freezable hoppers...

is there a coffee maker (grind and brew style) that has freezable hoppers?

thanks

Haven't heard the term freezable. Your not inquiring about taking the hopper off and storing it in the freezer are you?

yes, i am...

Why freeze anything coffee related? I think somebody got their wires crossed..... I wouldn't even store beans in the freezer, let alone anything like a hopper that is far from airtight. Later!

About what I was feeling too.

You want your coffee fresh, I wouldn't let it sit around more then 2 weeks. There are a few here that say after a month to ditch it, unless your Ed then he'll drink anything.

Coffee should be stored in a cool dry place, that doesn't mean in the freezer. The freezer will just kill your coffee that much faster.

Yep yep! Send me your terrible two week old beans.
... no flavored or decafs though. :D
