I've been surfing the net trying to find contact info for plantations but see nothing for these:

Jesus Maria in Nicaragua

El injerto in Guatemala

If anyone know how i could connect better with the plantations that would be great.

Hello, May we ask why you're wanting to contact coffee plantations? If it's for beans, I think you'd better be prepared to purchase a large (pallets/tons) quantity. Otherwise, you may want to focus on smaller vendors. Just a thought.

Actually, I would like to connect with these areas and travel there to the plantation. There is always
a chance I would purchase in the future. I am not new to ownership of an espresso bar but I appreciate
your input.

That sounds like a great vacation idea! Wow! Keep in mind, though, that coffee plantations are rarely glamorous, tourist-centric affairs in third world countries! That being said, I wouldn't mind doing something similar!
