Hi folks, quick question. I have a new Behmor that I have been roasting on for the last week and have enjoyed learning about the machine and the fresh-roasted coffee that comes from it. I've started putting the roasted coffee in empty tennis ball containers (I have a labrador with a tennis ball obsession). They seem airtight. From reading the forum I expected to find the lids popped off from off-gassing of my roasts but as of now that hasn't happened. Am I missing something or are the lids not as tight as I thought they were? The oldest roast is probably 3 days now, and I have been starting the cooling cycle at the first sign of 2nd crack. thanks!
Coffee roasted on Behmor doesn't off-gas?
