What do you enter? Merchandising, manufacturing, or service? Do you enter tangible goods: food & accessories, and electronics? providing you are only roasting coffee and selling the beans or grounds you roasted with accessories or electronic accessories as well.

Just say it plainly, "X business will roast, package, and sell coffee".

Food manufacturing is like making cereal or soups in a can. I wouldn't make it complicated.
