More and more people in other countries are slowly turning their preference towards coffee. In England their has been a shift away from tea and more towards coffee. I am in a country in South America where tea was the preferred drink. Now after 10 years of close observation, I see many cafe's with people lined up for fresh brew. I am talking about Lima, Peru.
As far as the market for tea, I believe the Chinese have that area covered pretty well. I also enjoy a fresh brew of oolong tea at night! Not the bagged tea, but fresh dried leaves and herbs that you pour hot water over.

Even in China things may be changing. There are plenty of coffee shops opening in plenty of cities over there.
